I don't know if you all remember but I was having a very difficult time drinking water. Well somebody suggested that I add a little bit of orange juice and I absolutely love it. I have been drinking water like mad. And my headaches are now gone. So I know I must have been dehydrated and that was what was causing my headaches. So anybody who doesn't like water or who is having a difficult time drinking, try adding some Orange Juice. It is my new favorite drink!

That's great to hear! I've also heard of slicing a lemon or a cucumber and putting it in. I had this a few nights ago at a friends house and it was lovely!

Good idea! I've seen recipes online for "spa water", where you take a big jug of water and then add fresh fruit to it, then let it steep for awhile. Then you get fruit flavored water without the chemicals and artificial sweeteners like the store-bought stuff.
