The last three days or so I've had pelvic pain very low in my pelvic area, so low that I'm concerned it's in my cervical area. It increases when I have a full bladder and on my feet. It goes away when I use the restroom

Yesterday and today I *SWEAR* I had a trace of blood in my urine when I wiped, but when I wiped again there wasn't anything there. I'm so paranoid about spotting, it is entirely possible there wasn't anything there to begin with.

I checked the webmb symptoms for bladder infections and I don't have any of them except pelvic pain. I drink a TON of water and I have only one kidney so my bladder fills up fast. I had a urine sample taken 3 weeks ago - if there was a bacterial infection or blood in my urine, I'm sure the OB would have picked up on it. I have another appt in less than 2 weeks. Should I wait until then to talk to the OB about it or should I make the call?

I can't remember if that's a sign of a yeast infection or a bladder infection but several girls from my PR had a little blood in their urine and no other symptoms. Turns out it was either a yeast or bladder infection. It's common. I would call and get it checked out. You wouldn't want it to get worse if it is something like that.

I would call too. Some people don't have all the common symptoms, they might just have one. Myself, I have 4 kidneys (should lend you one! Hah!) so I've been very prone to UTI's in the past. For me, a full bladder felt better than an empty one, but everyone is different.

I would get it checked out too. Apparently during pregnancy it is very common to have more silent bladder infections.

I hate calling for fear of looking like a hypochondriac, but it really is better safe than sorry.

I would go ahead and call just to be on the safe side. I had a bladder infection a month or so ago and I know another girl in my DDC had one and she had no real symptoms. They are very common during pregnancy.

By the time I went to bed last night, the pain had gone away and this morning I feel fine. I was also really constipated over the end of last week (sorry tmi) and that was alleviated yesterday (Hooray!) I hate calling the Doc when I don't have any symptoms. I'm going to watch for a day or two and call the doc if it returns.

Happy to hear you're feeling better.
You might bring it up at your next appointment just in case. It couldn't hurt for them to test and make sure there are no problems.
