I posted in my PR too, but wanted to update you ladies as well.
I took Kody in yesterday, because he's been getting more and more fussy, to the point he was crying, arching his back all day and refusing a few feeds again. I thought maybe he had an ear infection or something...saw a different doc than normal, and really liked him. He said since Kody is healthy on all counts, he thinks the Prevacid stopped working. We're going to start Nexium and see if it works for him. It can take up to 2 weeks to take effect, so I'm not looking forward to that. But I hope it helps.
If it doesn't help, I plan on trying a hypoallergenic formula on him and see if he improves. My firstborn did so much better when I weaned him.
I hope we can get this little guy going the right direction!

Joy I hope it starts working faster than 2 weeks or that is going to be a very long 2 weeks. Hopefully it will do the trick. I know how terrible it is to see your little guy in pain. Let us know how it is working.

Thanks ladies! Still waiting for the insurance to decide to OK it. In the meantime I got his Zantac refilled, and it's working pretty well! It was the one I used at the beginning, and it ended up not working after awhile. I wonder if the bottle just went bad? Well and I'm also using a tad more than I did before because his weight is higher now. Anyway, we'll see how it all goes down. At least he is sleeping better right now!

Glad the zantac is working. Insurance drives me crazy. I feel like we are always waiting on them to decide if they are going to cover something. And glad he's sleeping now. Hope your getting some sleep.
