I almost never eat toast. I don't even really eat much bread- I don't have anything against it, but my DH doesn't eat bread so there's not much point in having a loaf around just for me. I do keep a loaf in the freezer in case I need some.
I do eat toasted English muffins, probably twice a week.
Well before pregnancy I didn't eat bfast, so toast was very rarely. Early in pregnancy I had to start eating bfast because I'd wake up hungry. And then one of the only things I could eat was toast. But now I'm farther along and carbs really bring my blood sugar up, so I'm mostly just having scrambled eggs when I do eat bfast to try to keep my numbers in the normal range.
But I do love a good piece of toasted sourdough bread with yummy butter and a small amount of orange marmalade.
Not often, but I do love me some toast! I'm so lazy in the mornings that waiting for my bread to toast then smearing a little jelly on it sounds like so much work (lol). I usually grab some fruit, yogurt or cereal first thing in the morning.
