I found this on babycenter....

it's a week by week guide:

http://www.babycenter.in/c25004191/e...-by-week-guide

Does anyone have any easy healthy fast recipes that they like to eat while pregnant?

I think I'm going to start making smooties every morning I do 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk & 1 large banana. Blend it all up and it's soooooo delicious!

smoothies! not smooties lol

Right now I'm just eating anything that sounds good at the moment. Because I'm really having trouble finding things that sound good and will stay down. Sometimes I buy something at the store thinking that'd be good for dinner, but dinner comes and now it's unappealing
I like smoothies to. I just throw in 1/2 sliced banana, a handful of frozen fruit, and some soy milk, blend until smooth - yum.

O.M.G.... why do y'all do this to me?!? I totally want a smootie (or smoothie) right now!! *whines* all I have left as far as fruit goes are some disappointing oranges. They looked beautiful on the outside but when I cut them open they aren't very juicy and look a bit deformed.

I'm going to dream about smoothies tonight.

Oh and I find most of my recipes online. Whatever I'm craving at the moment I search until I find a simple recipe that sounds good. I'm not much help

Great article! I can't do smoothies very well- I am allergic to bananas and I have found bananas to be in most smoothies. I might try them though without and see if I can get the right consistency. I am so early that I haven't really figured out good eating yet- I will have to sit down and figure it out when I have a few days off next week.

I was wondering why I didn't recognize some of the food names- your link is to babycenter India version My recommendations are poha, khakara and idlis, among other things. I like Indian food, but have never heard of some of these things!
