Well I am only 19 weeks and already having trouble. I had contractions yesterday and they were enough to send me to L&D. There I found out that I am not dialating b/c of them but my cervix is not high anymore. baby was ok, moving a whole lot so no distress there which is good. But as w/ my DD they cant pinpoint a reason for my contractions. I was not dehydrated, constipated or anything else that can bring on contractions this early. I am scared b/c this time it is starting even earlier. With DD this didnt happen until 28 weeks. Contractions stopped and they said to rest today and then resume normal activity but I am scared to do anything much less go back to work (I work retail). Next tuesday I have my 20 week appt. and hope to find out more then but that seems so far away.
