Hi ladies. I'm trying to keep everything together here but it's getting hard.

The SPD is more to blame than anything. Night time is the worst. I can't describe the pain I'm in. All day it hurts to move my legs, my hips ache, back aches, etc. Then night time comes around and it feels like someone is punching my pubic bone with every step I take. Getting in and out of bed is a nightmare. My house only has a bathroom upstairs, and we have no railing -- and my stairs are incredibly steep. Once I lay down, my hips and crotch are on fire.

I have another contract at work starting Friday and I don't think I can do it. But, our financial woes have me really needing t get this work!

We haven't had any money for physio, but DH finally got paid today so I am going to call tomorrow. I hope the office can fit me in and try to help me.

Anyhow, if anyone's wondering why I'm not really posting... Yeah. Pretty much I'm just trying to function!

Sorry about being so whiny. Hopefully soon I have great updates and I can post with lots of happiness and enthusiasm!

ThAnks for reading, ladies!

UPDATE

Well, things are at least looking up. MIL cashed in some kind of savings bond and deposited it to our account. It is EXACTLY the sum we would have gotten had BIL and FIL not messed with our taxes. This is EXACTLY the amount we need to make ends meet!

Oh, I'm so relieved. I now she often does little things like this for DH. His father and brother screw him out of something, and his mother tries to make up for it. Tis is the third time she has saved us from FIL. (When we were engaged, he tried to give away our house to DH's third cousin. I'm not making this up!)

Anyhow, today I had a better SPD day. I'm feeling like I've been punched in the crotch, but my magic bag is helping. I've made an actual appointment with a physio and now we can actually afford for me to go!

So there's a happy, not whiny post from me!

Oh Anna hugs.
I don't have that pain constantly, but I get it in the evenings and know how much it hurts (and I don't have stairs to try to deal with). I'm so sorry you're in so much pain. I try warm baths and Tylenol (though sometimes it hurts to get in and out of the tub). I hope the physio helps.
Try to remember if your not able to continue working, that you're so close to delivery and maybe you can start back to work soon after baby is born to help with finances. Or can you be a part time help, or do any from home?
And don't even think you're being whiny, pain hurts, it sucks. I keep telling myself I should only have 60 something more days (I'm really thinking she'll be here the first week of April).
Hugs, and I hope you can get some rest.

SPD is horrid! I had it with both my pregnancies and the pain really is indescribable. Night time is the worst for sure. Luckily I don't have stairs... I wouldn't have been able to climb them. I'm so sorry for your pain!! I hope the rest of your pregnancy flies by and the SPD doesn't get any worse. I will say a little prayer for you. ((hugs)) xxx

I hate that you are in some much pain. I know it just makes life so hard and when your hurting you don't want to do anything else.

I'm sorry about your financial problems. that makes it so much harder. I hope it can get better soon.

I'm so sorry you are in such pain. I don't know anything about the condition you have. Is there any relief your OB can off you?

Wow I'm so glad you got help from your MIL! And you weren't whining. Besides, even if it was whining, pregnant women get carte blanche in the whining department!
Hope you can get in to therapy right away!
