So had an appointment with the high risk doctor today, and finally it all fell in line. Didn't get sent to L&D!!! My BP was perfect the nurse said, and my blood sugars have been great (though due to the craziness of the last 2 weeks I did miss a few times taking my numbers, and had a few lows but we seem to have it more controlled). So no L&D, no medicine adjustments. The only thing is since baby girl is measuring 3 weeks ahead for size the doctor recommends a repeat c/s, but I've been pretty much expecting that since she first measured big awhile ago. She is going to check her schedule and have someone call me to schedule that. I'm still thinking baby girl will come early April though and that would be before they schedule me.
It was nice to get some good news (well except the c/s) and have a more 'normal' appointment.
Glad to hear all went well! I have heard that measurements---either measuring the belly or on u/s, can be off by several lbs, so don't bank on needing that c/s. Do what works best for you, but maybe she'll come early for you and you won't have to worry about it.
Yes I still think she'll be here early April, so the c/s might not be needed (FX). Since I get measured each appointment I suspect they are pretty close on her size (though I know they can still be off), we'll find out more at the big measuring u/s they'll send me out for in 2 weeks. With my son I don't remember if they told us anything about his weight, just percentile. With DD they said she'd be about 10 pounds, and she was just over that. Someone told me last week that I'd deliver on March 23rd, so we'll see if they're right
