Got a faint bfp on Friday afternoon and it's been getting darker each morning. However I did a 3 mile fundraising walk Saturday morning and had mild cramping and spotting for the rest of the day. It stopped when I went to bed but this afternoon, after a bowel movement I had a little actual bleeding. I'm trying to just relax because whatever will happen will happen but after 2 miscarriages I have a hard time not expecting the worst with the spotting.

Sending you big hugs. I'm sorry to hear what you're going through- totally understand how you feel. It could very well be implantation bleeding. Just try to keep breathing, keep calm until you can check with your doctor tomorrow. Hang in there, friend.

Sending you sticky dust. I had spotting early on, ended up being a SCH and now my baby girl is 10 days old. Hang in there, hugs.

((Hugs))I'm so sorry to hear that you are bleeding this early. I know it is so nerve wracking. The only suggestion I can offer is to sit, try and relax (horrible advice, I know) and stay hydrated. Put on Netflix and try to get lost in something to take up,the space in your mind. I hope you get a doctors appointment soon and you get to hear good and encouraging news! Keepus posted!

I am sorry you are going through that. I had bleeding with all of my pregnancies, it is so nerve wracking! Your cervix is very sensitive right now, so it could just be irritated. Walking did not do anything, try to keep that in mind! HUGS! I hope the bleeding has stopped!

Welcome and congrats on your pregnancy. So sorry you are having some bleeding issues. I totally understand how you feel as well but do know it can be totally normal. I hope the spotting stops and everything goes smoothly for you! Thinking of you.

Thanks ladies. I'm still having a little spotting but it looks like old blood now. I have an appointment on Wednesday to confirm the pregnancy and my ic tests at home are still getting darker. I'm trying to just drink a lot of water and relax.

How did your appointment go? Have you gotten your blood work back?

The doctor said the spotting could be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. She did a vaginal ultrasound and at only 4 weeks there wasn't anything to see really but she said my uterine lining was nice and thick and she didn't see any physical signs of an ectopic pregnancy. My beta was 248 and I'm going back tomorrow for a repeat beta to see if it's doubling. I have another ultrasound on next Thursday. Thanks for checking on me!

I probably won't hear until Monday but my home tests are still getting darker and the spotting stopped yesterday so I'm hopeful!

Friday's beta was 406 so not doubling in 48 but under 72. The doctor said the number was fine. Spotting stopped from Thursday to Tuesday and then showed up again so I'm still not sure what to think. :/

Yeah, tomorrow morning. I think I'll be 5w1d tomorrow so hopefully we'll see a gestational sac.

Saw a gestational sac today! She said it was too early to see anything else but the progression from last week was right where it should be. She put me on progesterone just in case because I'm still having spotting every few days. My first 'official' appointment is on April 30th at 8 weeks so hopefully we'll see a heartbeat then.
