31 1/2 weeks, I've been having some major back pain which is not unusual for me but this is bad, it's low, it hurt this morning to even take a couple steps. At night when I wake up, sometimes I have to support myself so I don't fall because the pain is so bad. It's gotten worse the past few days, my sides now hurt and my belly over the weekend has been soooo tight, I know baby is getting bigger and is going through a growth spurt around this time and it's probably just stretching but it hurts pretty darn bad. I figured i'd call the Dr. just to see what they say.
Of course they want to see me tomorrow at 8 and said if it gets worse to head to Triage. I doubt it gets worse but better safe than sorry.
I can't believe I'm in the single digit weeks now till baby is here. It's so crazy. I'm starting to wonder how I'm going to handle being a momma of two kids. I'm finding myself more and more impatient and I need to learn to be more patient with my 3 year old when the new baby gets here. I don't want her to feel sad
As for your toddler, you figure it out, it takes adjusting, but somehow we figure it out. I would leave DD2 home with DH while I took DD1 out for a "girls" day so she would feel special, or we would let her stay up after DD2 went to bed so we could watch a movie with her.
Oh nooo that sounds really painful! I've had aches and pains too but nothing like the sound of what you are having I'm glad you called yoru doc and they will see you tomorrow! It will at least put your mind at ease. Definitely KUP! (((HUGS)))
Marsi was super demanding at this stage in pregnancy. It was crazy to be so big, in pain and dealing with her antics. My patience was nill. It took a while, but we got a routine going. I hope your pain eases up soon. As far as the mom of 2, you will figure it out. Kinda trial by fire, but it will work out.
I'm sorry you're hurting! KUP on the appointment and I hope you find some relief soon. I know for me, I spent the last few weeks soaking in as many hot baths with Epsom salts as I could-- it also helped with swelling.
Good Luck at your appointment. I'm sure everything is ok but glad your getting checked out early anyway.
you'll manage with 2 kids. I didn't find having 2 kids that hard but now with 3 kids it's very hard. I struggle to find time for each of them every day but I know when Christian gets older it will get easier.
