How often do you go to the dentist? How often do you brush your teeth? do you floss daily?

Moms: How often do you brush your little ones teeth? do you floss their teeth?

I try to go to the dentist every 6 months. I usually brush my teeth 3 times each day, mainly after I eat. I try to floss daily but probably only do it about 5 times a week.

My husband is the one that brushes Jacob and Jackson's teeth. He brushes them in the morning and then at night when they are in the bath tub he will brush them again. I have tried to floss their teeth but you would think I was using a razor blade the way they scream and cry so it is not something that I do often.

How often do you brush your teeth? twice a day, unless the morning sickness is horrible and I can't stomach brushing at night...I know terrible, but brushing my teeth is not more important than not throwing up ...lol!

do you floss daily? No, I try, but I think I floss about twice a month. I am terrible!

We brush the girls teeth twice a day. Actually, Reagan does her own most of the time, she is really good at it. Addy I let "brush" once a day and I do it the other time, she is terrible, she does NOT like us brushing her teeth...little Miss Independent!

How often do you go to the dentist? How often do you brush your teeth? do you floss daily? Normally twice a year we go for cleanings, sometimes if I have a cavity that needs taken care of and they can't do it that day I'll have to come back. I brush twice a day, and try to floss twice a day, but always at night.

My older 2 take care of their own teeth, and they got their dads teeth which means no cavities for either. DH didn't get his first tiny one until he was 44.

I go the dentist twice a year If I may add, I go to Dra. Pam Fabie, her clinic is in Timog. She has a website for your appointments: dentalbracesphilippines-dot-com

We all go to the dentist 2x a year. My oldest brushes his own teeth each night and doesn't do a very good job, so I usually step in and rebrush. The little one brushes his own teeth already and loves it.

I floss each night and floss the older one's teeth too. He is NOT a fan.

Uh oh! I haven't been to the dentist in about 2 years (gasp!). I'm scared to go now- though I've always been anxious since I had braces as a child😁. I brush 3 times a day and floss about once per day. I brush my LOs teeth 1-2 times per day.

I avoid dentists...lol I know, terrible. But I have read a lot about remineralizing your teeth with diet and changing your oral health habits (making your own toothpaste or buying ones that help with remineralizing). I also have read about herbs that help with cavities. So I feel I have those things in my "back pocket" if I do develop any dental issues. I have a couple wisdom teeth that need pulling, but it's going to be actual dental surgery for them, because they're in my mouth sideways. I knew about them when I was younger but was scared of surgery, and the dentist said they might become a problem, or they might be fine the rest of my life, so it was up to me. Anywho so far so good, but maybe someday I'll get them pulled.
I try to remember to brush my kiddos' teeth regularly, but I do forget sometimes.

I go to the dentist every 6 months. I don't floss daily, I try to remember to do it a couple times a week I brush my kids teeth twice a day, they see the dentist every 6 months also. I don't floss their teeth but probably should start to get them used to it and not hating it like me.
