Ugh, I was really hoping that they had some great treatment, some sort of miracle cream for you! How miserable. I hope the Aveeno or pine tar soap helps!

Ugh how awful! I don't know if you are into alternative medicine, but what about homeopathy or herbs? I recall reading just the other day that a remedy called Rhus Tox is a homeopathic remedy for itchy rashes. It's actually recommended if you get poison oak or ivy. Homeopathy is mininiscule doses of medication so I would imagine it would be perfectly safe for you and baby. You can always discuss with your doctor though.
Another thought would be getting Bentonite clay, it helps draw impurities from the skin. Also a plant called Plantain (Plantago Major, not the banana-like one), can help draw toxins from the skin.
