Here I go again, worried about his bathroom habits.

DS2 is back at it not pooping regularly. Today is day 3 for no poop, but I'm not so worried about that since he worked it out on his own last time. But the last two nights he's slept 6 -7 hours during the night and didn't wet his diaper while he slept. Once he woke up and nursed then he soaked it. I've never heard of this.

Should I be concerned?

No. I know we have some nights where Christian will wake up to eat after sleeping for about 5 hours and his diaper is not wet but minutes after he gets up he soaks his diaper. I'm guessing that they are just sleeping so soundly that they are not peeing.

Hey on another subject I wanted to let you know about the Mommy Weightloss and Fitness Board. Here is a link. Mommy Weightloss and Fitness - JustMommies Message Boards

AmyC and myself are both part of that board also. It is a great group of girls. I just mention it since I noticed in your siggy that you were trying to lose weight. I've still got about 10 lbs of baby weight to lose.

Nope not a concern at all. Happened to Kody, and to a girlfriend of mine who had a baby about the same age. Her pedi said it was normal, they are developing their bladder muscles. They start waking up dry sometimes...and then peeing a bunch when they wake up. Kody still wakes up in the AM with a soaking wet diaper, because he wakes so much at night, but he goes a long time without peeing sometimes in the nighttime.

I've noticed when Truely sleeps soundly (rarely) that she'll wake up dry and then pee after eating or starting to eat.

I have never heard of that. Addy has only woken up once with a dry diaper, she usually is soaked or close to it. I am glad to know this just in case she does wake up with a dry dipe, otherwise I would worry.
