Is in less than 48 hours!!!!

We are going to a special ultrasound place that does 3d/4d as early as 15 weeks. So we are going at exactly 16 weeks this saturday. I soooooo hope baby cooperates!!!

We are going to get all kinds of goodies, including a teddy bear with baby's heartbeat recorded in it.

I am not looking forward to the amount of water I have to drink between now and then (which I am already way behind on).

But, its all worth it

Coool!! YAY!! Let us know what you find out
The teddy bear is such a darling idea. I've only heard of that once before and totally forgot about it when I was pregnant. It's neat, I bet baby will love it. I hope the little one spreads their legs wide open for the u/s tech

You have to start drinking water already? Usually it is an hour prior to the scan...I would die! I never drink as much as they tell me, because I know my body and I know I don't need to drink a bajillion gallons of water to fill my bladder...lmao!

Can't wait to hear what you are having! Do you have a feeling of what baby is?

The water is to make sure there is enough fluid around baby. For 3d scan they need more fluid to see baby clearly. Then i have to drjnk jyice 39 minutes before to wake up baby. Dont need a full bladder. Thank goodness!

With my first pregnancy, at the gender scan (not 3/D just a normal u/s) I had to drink a ton of water before the appointment. I was about to pee my pants I had to go so bad!! When I finally used the potty I peed for like 2 minutes straight

Thanks Ladies We are so excited and I am definitely happy with a boy! It seems surreal to know that we have such an active, growing baby after everything we went through last year.

Hooray for a little boy! Oh gotcha! That makes sense!

I've had to drink tons of water an hour prior to the appt and when they put the wand on my belly, all I can think is oh dear lord, I'm going to pee on the table...lmao!

LOL I never drink as much water as they say either, I have double the kidneys so it goes right through me! I have never had any complaints from the techs, either.

Congrats ohn your boy, Jackie! Woot!
