What are you cooking today? anything good? Share any good recipes you have with us.

We are having spaghetti for dinner tonight. But here is a website that I found and I've been cooking a bunch from it.

A Year of Slow Cooking

These are a few that we really liked
A Year of Slow Cooking: CrockPot Gumbo Recipe

A Year of Slow Cooking: Smoked Sausage and Pinto Beans Dinner
A Year of Slow Cooking: Dijon Corned Beef in the Slow Cooker

I'm all about cooking in the crock pot. I can throw it all in the pot in the mornings and we have dinner ready when I get home on the afternoons. It's a beautiful thing.

Melissa could you come cook for me? LOL. Seriously I feel like cr@p today so I made myself some soup and everyone else except T is on their own. I love the crock pot also and need to use it more now that the heat is coming, so thank you for sharing the site. Will need to get some new ideas. I'm thinking DD and I will probably have sandwiches or a frozen dinner for dinner tonight since DH works tonight.

I was going to make a pork roast but DH wanted to order pizza, ugh. I ended up eating 2 slices and going for a 2nd walk today. I'm kind of happy not to cook this evening. Toren being a teething monster combined with AF, I'm feeling a bit on edge and nasty. I kind of just want to go to sleep but well, you know.. that's hard on a normal day, without a teething terror... it's going to be a long night I'm sure of it.

I think I will use my crockpot tomorrow, that way I can throw something together while ds is sleeping.

Amy i love the crock pot. Makes life so easy.

Sorry Toren is having teething issues. Have you tried giving him some tylenol. I know Jacob had a very hard time with teething and when he got bad I would give him some tylenol and it helped every time. I don't think we would have made it through his teething without the tylenol.
