I got a Hot Tub for my birthday in Feb.
I have not been in it since I found out I was pregnant because I have been way to tired and sick to even think about it.
I am starting to get my feelings back ( LOL ) and was wondering what the do's and dont's about hot tub's while pregnant. I know they have warnings signs ask your doctor. But I keep forgetting to ask when I am there. Anyone have any information?

I live in Florida and it is still really hot so we do not have it set very high maybe around 99
but when I get further along the weather is going to be changing so not sure what I should do?????

I think you're supposed to avoid hot tubs altogether. Anything that raises your core temperature, also raises the baby's and is very dangerous for baby. Talk to your doc and see if there's a temp that he deems safe.
