We are going to start TTC soon and I wondered if it took you longer to get pregnant or shorter or about the same.

It took us three months to get pregnant before it ended in a m/c. I hope it doesn't take that long and that we get pregnant sooner the that!!

With are dds and the pg that I m/c we tried and I was pg within a month. Dr gave us the go ahead right away after the m/c and it took us about 8 months. We were already talking to the dr about our other options when we found out I was pg. Good luck. I hope it happens quick for you.

I got pg with my ds the 6th cycle, the one I m/c'd it was also the 6th cycle that we had gotten pg. We started trying again right after the m/c and it was again the 6th cycle (although it was a little longer since the first cycle after was so LONG). I also had a laparascopy on cd2 of the 6th cycle, was healed enough by the time ovulation rolled around and happened to get pg the same cycle.

Two cycles. First cycle 50 mg Clomid with no ovulation. Second cycle 100 mg Clomid ovulated got pg. So only one cycle did I even ovulate. They induced a period so I could have my second cycle.

It took us 6 months to get pregnant the first time - ended in miscarriage

2nd one, it took 2 months - ended in miscarriage

3rd one; took another 6 months after taking a 3 month break - ended in miscarriage

4th one; after 4 months of clomid and HCG shots, we were pregnant again! Now I'm 20 weeks - half-way!

Good luck to you!

Sorry about your lost, I know it's hard. After my 1st m/c I got pregnant after 3 months of trying, I m/c again, and got pregnant 2 months later, m/c again, took 4 months to get pregnant but this time I conceived. Found out the reason for the miscarriages was that my progesterone was low. Took progesterone suppositories & baby aspirin. Have a healthy son.

I've had two healthy children so the miscarriage was a surprise.
my first one was in sept 2004 and we didn't really try I guess and I found out by surprise I was pregnant again in December and I shockingly m/c AGAIN in January. They were both early - 5 weeks along. And we waited 3 months and now I'm pregnant with this one.

Hope all continues to go well.....the baby has a heartbeat so that is a good sign.
So far so good - we'll see!

Good Luck to all!!!

We had 2 normal pregnancies, (a few complications w/ our DD). Out of the blue and by surprise we found out in Feb. 05 we were pregnant, and I m/c 3 days after I found out. We were about 5-6 weeks along. Got preg in April w/ this one, my SIL laughs and calls me Fertile Myrtle.
