I realized that if I was still going in every two weeks that I'd have gotten an u/s this week. I miss that frequent reassurance. It's not in the budget right now to rent a doppler so I just have to wait it out until my appointment on Oct. 3rd. I miss seeing my little one and getting that reassurance that all is well. I pray a lot, but wondered what else the rest of you did/do to get through the longer waits?
Do not sorrow; the joy of the Lord is your strength." Neh. 8:10
I completely understand needing that frequent reassurance. I had a doppler which helped but unlike you, I dreaded every single ultrasound (had 4 in total so far). Is there any way you could come in to see the nurse at your doctor's office weekly just to hear the heartbeat?
Don't worry, soon you will be able to feel the baby move and you will have constant reassurance that way.
oh i want to see my baby soooooo bad too, but i don't have my next appt. till oct 4, and i don't even know if they are going to do an ultra sound or not, i know its frustrating not knowing everyday whats going on.
