I guess I'm a success so far. I've taken a baby aspirin since right around conception, and I'm now just over 9wks. My two losses were both in the 6-7 week range.
I had tests done for blood clotting disorders, and my initial test came back abnormal, but the verification test came back normal, so I decided to stay on the aspirin just in case. I'm also going to ask my doc at my appt next week if I should be tested again, because I've heard those levels can change over time.
Good luck to you. I don't think the aspirin can cause any damage in early pregnancy, and it does make me feel better to know I'm doing at least one proactive thing, and I am farther along than I have ever been before.
I was on the baby aspirin as a precaution after my second m/c but unfortunately I m/c'd again -- I took it again with this pregnancy as well as extra folic acid (because of MTHFR) and also progesterone. It seems like a lot of dr's put you on that after a m/c.

I took it with this last pregnancy. I had a blood clot with the baby I lost and it was a precaution even though I tested negative for blood clotting disorders. I was on it until 36 weeks then stopped because you don't want your blood too thin when you deliver.
