Hi ladies - I know I've posted a few messages but I'm just wondering if anyone has advice as to how to relax and just be!!!! I'm trying to move my doctor appointment up so I don't need to wait 3 weeks and also have them do an ultrasound but I can't concentrate at work or think about anything except being pregnant and hoping that everything is okay. I really can't think about anything else except to worry that something might be wrong - does that feeling ever go away??

LOL Hasn't for me yet!!!
I'm have had a scan which showed a heartbeat but i'm still worrying to death!! I don't think i'll feel happy until my 20 week scan and even then who knows.
I think the worst bit for me is that i found out really early and the time is going so slowly!!! Roll on 12 weeks
I have decided to borrow a doppler though to try and put my mind at rest although i have to wait until i hit 10 weeks for this!!!!

It wouldn't be so bad if i could keep busy but i feel so ill that all i can face doing is lying in bed!!
