After your miscarriage was your first period heavy or very light? I got what I think was af on June 2 4 1/2 weeks after my m/c but it was very light nothing like my norm. I did not get any of my normal pms symptoms like tender breast I just had the very light bleeding with mild cramps. I'm wondering if that was af since I did not have my normal pms symptoms. My boyfriend told me he tought I was pregnant again but I told him that was impossible because I had my period. It lasted about 3 1/2-4 days but it was not a constant thing like bleeding. I hope this is making since.

I had my first af about 8 weeks after but it can come sooner. It sounds like that might be what it was though. I think that it is normal to have changes in your cycle after m/c because mine were totally different.

my first af came 27 days after dnc, it was also very light and no symptoms. but i've not had normal symptoms since the dnc on march 1. my period has been very normal, one in march, one in april, one in may...now we are wiating on june. but i've not had normal breast tenderness...since may i've had a sore left breast, constant though, and it's starting to worry me...anyone know anything about only one sore breast?

I just started (sun) my first af after m/c and d&c and I didn't have a lot of pms either...heavy cramping early sunday, then af showed and it has been pretty close to normal. I always have a 28 day cycle and it came on day 29. Good luck to you
