I'm so sorry to hear about your loss... I wish you the best.
It is not pleasant to think about, but when I had my miscarriage naturally, I passed a lot of blood, like a very heavy period and lots of large and small clots. It felt really gross everytime I went to the bathroom. The first few days were the worst and I had to go to the bathroom all the time for fear of leaking. I was not put on the cycotec because I was scheduled for a d&c, but did not have to have one. They took me in and did a vaginal US to make sure the tissue from the developing fetus was gone. Luckily, it was and I did not have to have surgery. Have you looked the medication up online?
