Somedays I feel like I am going wacky. Every little cramp I feel I get scared. I never had cramps with my last m/c or the first even so I am not sure why that would scare me but it does. Yesterday I had a stabbing like pain on my right side down low, if I was having a eptopic pregnancy would I have signs by now? I have had no spotting at all, its just that cramping yesterday was pretty painful so I was worried. It has completely stopped today and I feel no cramps.

I am probably worrying about nothing but I had to ask.

I have a u/s in a week.

Well I just looked up the symtoms related to a eptopic and now I am even more freaked cause it described the pain just like I felt.

I guess if I don't feel anything else today I assume its okay. If I start to feel it again I am going to call my OB.

I hope you're okay honey. You know what? I had (and sometimes still do have) sharp pains like that on my left side.

Everything is okay with me.

Since it stopped I'm thinking you're okay. But yes, if it happens again, call your OB ASAP.

I had cramps from weeks 5-8 and around weeks 4-6 I had lower left pain. I was freaked out too, but it was the corpus lutiem cyst causing the pain.

As for the cramps, they kinda freaked me out too, but they're a good thing. It usually means your uterus is growing. ince I've never really made it past 6 weeks, I never really got it. The AF like cramps ende around week 8 and now I get this pulling feeling. Kinda like getting a stich in your lower stomach when you don't stretch. It's not really pain but it can catch you off guard.

I hope things are okay. As you know, I had an ectopic and didn't have any pain or symptoms. My only thing was I had brown spotting at 6 weeks. I wish you all the best hun. (((hugs)))

Thanks ladies. You all helped at least make me feel better about it. I know I had cramps when I was pg with Jakob but its was over 3 years ago and I can't really remember how they felt. I do remember the pulling cramps but I haven't really had those yet.

I just want this next week to hurry by so I can make sure everything is okay.

I had a lot of cramps between 5-9 weeks, and a majority of them were just in my right side (my m/w said that is the side bubs implanted on). If you are concerned at all, give your doctor a call. I think you'd *know* if the cramping was serious... I believe there are also other indicators of an ectopic pregnancy

from babycentre.com

*signs of ectopic pregnancy*

• Abdominal or pelvic pain or tenderness. It can be sudden, persistent, and severe but may also be mild and intermittent early on. You may feel it only on one side, but the pain can be anywhere in your abdomen or pelvis and is sometimes accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

• Vaginal spotting or bleeding. If you're not sure you're pregnant yet, you may think you're getting a light period at first. The blood may look red or brown like the color of dried blood, and may be continuous or intermittent, heavy or light.

• Pain that gets worse when you're active or while moving your bowels or coughing.

• Shoulder pain. Cramping and bleeding can mean many things, but pain in your shoulder, particularly when you lie down, is a red flag for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and it's critical to get medical attention immediately. The cause of the pain is internal bleeding, which irritates nerves that go to your shoulder area.

• If a fallopian tube has ruptured, you may also have signs of shock, such as a weak, racing pulse; pale, clammy skin; and dizziness or fainting. In that case, call 911 without delay.
