If you eat Peter Pan peanut butter or Great Value peanut butter (manufactured by ConAgra), check the product code on the lid. If it starts with "2111", it is part of a recall due to a possibility of salmonella. I've got a call in to my doc, as my jar at home is a match. I'll let you know what they recommend.

Yikes!!! I'm sure you're okay, but glad to hear your inquiring. I'm a fussy peanut butter eater and only each Kraft light peanut butter. :rolleyes"

Finally heard back from my doc. He said that if I have vomiting (in either direction, I hate using the D word ) to call them and they'll put me on a course of antibiotics. I may also have to provide a stool sample. Doesn't that sound like fun? But at least it wasn't a "go straight to L&D" kind of answer, so that made me feel better.

How scary! I have peter pan but not that batch , mine is reduced fat that is probably why. I hardly ever eat it.
