Hey ladies! I know a few of you guys from other boards - but for most of you, let me do an introduction:

I am Kelli, 28, from NC. I had a m/c of my first pregnancy at 12.5 weeks back in early September (Labor Day weekend), and we have been TTC since. Well - I got a faint line yesterday so went out and splurged today and bought a digital test and that wonderful word "pregnant" came up!!!! I am calculating my EDD would be Nov 1... I'll be heading to the MD tomorrow for my first appointment and see what he has to say!

My DH has asked me please not to be as worried and stressed as I was during my first pregnancy - little does he know that I'll probably be *more* stressed and worried this time around after the m/c, but I'm going to try my best just to put it in the Lord's hands and hope for the best. But it's very good to know that all of you ladies I'm sure understand my fears too.

I look forward to getting to know yall and go and hopefully complete this journey with yall!

Yay!

Congratulations!

I totally hear you about being more stressed. But you know what? A little prayer goes a long way.

My name is Laura. THis is my 2nd pregnancy. My first one ended in m/c at 16 weeks. My SO has also been begging me not to be stessed about something bad happening and to just try to enjoy the pregnancy. I have been having to pray about it and try to enjoy it as much as possible. THis board has been really helpful to me. Glad you are here.

congratulations on your pregnancy! and welcome to the Pregnancy After Loss board!

My name is Emma, i'm 23 & I experienced 2 losses, before I gave birth to my beautiful daughter Gaby/Gabrielle last October! My most recent loss was November 2005, and we got pregnant in our 3rd cycle after the m/c. I was terrified of m/c again, but slowly but surely I progressed past the 1st trimester, 2nd trimester & lol technically into the '4th trimester' (not that you can really have 4 trimesters lol) as my daughter was 2 weeks overdue!

It is VERY normal to be scared, apprehensive, nervous, anxious etc etc, but we are all here for you, every step of the way!
