I was just at the docs today for an ear and sinus infection. I took my first round of z-pak right away. Anyway, for a few days now I haven't been having any breast pain at all, and no more stretching!

Does the medication have some pain relievers in it?? Also not having breast pain is not a sign that anything is wrong--some women only have it for the first few weeks, others the whole way, and people like me only have it the last month. In reference to cramping/stretching pain it should come and go--most women do not have it consitantly every day. Severe cramping with bleeding is what is more concerning.

A lot of symptoms come and go so I wouldn't be to worried about it. As long as your OB said the meds were safe I am sure your fine. Hang in there!

Z-pack is very safe. That's what my OB gave me for both UTI's I had with this pg. Said he likes using that antibiotic with pg women because of it's safety for the baby.
