awww this was his first year in school. i had him home with me until this fall I wasn't sure if he would need to be in a preschool first but he was up to speed and we were able to put him right in the pre-k class with the 4 and even some 5 year olds. He is on track though and will go to kindergarten at 5(he turns 5 a day before my dd!) When we first enrolled him last summer we knew there was a possibility he may need to be in pre-k again when he is 5 and then start kindergarten at 6 since i didn't put him in preschool at 3 but he is right on target and will even be one of the young ones in his class next year as alot of the kids are already 5 but we couldn't be prouder..he's my heart<3 hehe

I know how you feel, Jakob is going to be 3 on May 12th and he starts school in August because of his special needs. They grow up so fast!
