Hello,
I need some advice i got pregnant in July 2004 withh all the possible symptoms but it ended in a blighted ovum after 12weeks.Right now i have tested positive again after TTCing all the while, buy i don't have a lot of symptoms i do have fatigue , full and tender breasts and weeing.
Please i need to know if i have any reason to be afraid i feel like such a fake.

Some people don't get symptoms until the hormone surge between 8-11 weeks. If you are concerned, call your dr for a blood test

Yep girl, every pregnancy is different. So just because you are lacking, doesn't mean anything is wrong.

I agree with everyone else. You dont have to have all the symptoms.

I remember saying that with this one and ms came really soon after.... and then it lasted 4 months and came back for a month at the end! But, they are right you dont have to have symtoms.

The first time i was pregnant i had zero symptoms all the way till 12 weeks. The only one was i didnt have my period. I can understand your worried but all pregnancies are different. If your concerned get a blood test for reassurance.
