I must be feeling brave because I just bought this maternity swimsuit the other day at Target. I hope it'll look cute on b/c I was too embarrassed to try it on, being that I'm only 7 1/2 weeks along. I don't live near the city, though, and knew I would have a hard time finding one here. What do you think?

aw good for you! I love it! There is nothing wrong with being optimistic. It might sound weird, but I started buying things really early in my pregnancy with Gaby, as a kind of way of saying "well I've spent all this money on you baby, you have to stay"....... it worked.. LOL

It's cute! I've seen a couple of cute maternity swimsuits, but then thought there wasn't a point in buying them. ESPECIALLY now, since I only have 9 days left!

But you'll have all summer to use it, so good for you for buying one!

Thanks! I just couldn't resist. I knew I would be spending a lot of time at the waterslide this summer and wanted to have something I could wear other than a big t-shirt and shorts. My husband sure did a double take when he paid for it, though! He said, "what was that that you just bought? It was only one thing at $32.00!" To which, I replied, "yes, it's a swimming suit. Welcome to the wonderful world of women's clothing. Men get a pair of swimming trunks for $5-$10 and we get a swimming suit for $30-$50. Doesn't that sound fair?" Hahahaah!

That is a cute suit. I was at the Target here the other day and they only had 1 maternity suit in the store. I might have to get one online. My DH does not understand the prices of women's clothes either.

OMG.. I didn't even THINK of a swimming suit, and I'm taking DD to the public pool on Saturday for the first time this summer! Hmm.. what to do...

That is a cute one!

Very cute! I need to buy one. I tried on my tankini from last summer, and while the bottoms fit, the top looks funny with the girls falling out! We're spending our weekends this summer at the lake so I'll need to find something.
