I'm such a vivid dreamer and dream every night. Well, for some reason it's taken so long for me to be pg in my dreams even though I'm 29wks, and I never have dreams of what the baby is (i.e. boy or girl). I've only been dreaming that I'm pg recently. Since we're not finding out what we're having, people have been asking me what my gut feeling is and I haven't had a gut feeling. Then they ask what I'm dreaming, and I feel horrible saying that I'm not dreaming about it either. I think it's my mind's way of coping with everything.
Well, last night I had my 1st dream with my baby in it. I dreamt I had a baby girl and was completely in love with her. I don't know how much I believe that it will be a girl (but I'd love to have a little girl but having a little boy would be just as special...there's something about a bond with a mother and her son), but I thought it was neat to dream about my baby. It's almost like it's getting real now.
What a fun dream! You're gonna be a good mommy to your baby, boy or girl. I don't remember having gender specific dreams with either of my boys, but I do remember feeling like they were boys (and of course we found out with DS#2). I'm getting so excited for you!! You're going to be holding your little one before long!
Do not sorrow; the joy of the Lord is your strength." Neh. 8:10
I will be curious to see if the dream is a "prediction" of what is to come. I know you will just thrilled either way! I rarely remember my dreams and I do not remember any dreams I have had about the baby.
That's so true...I'll be thrilled either way, boy or girl. Each gender has it's special qualities. I can't wait to be a mommy and hold our little miracle, and know DH will be an awesome daddy. It's so strange to think that I could have a baby here in 8wks and it would be considered full term! Where has the time gone? I better finish up the nursery. The room is all painted now, and the crib is set up, but that's it. So much to do, but we're busy with my sister's wedding (which is this Friday).
Its so cool that your getting so close!! I can't wait to hear what your having. I haven't had a lot of dreams about the baby so far although I do dream a lot that I am pregnant. With my son I dreamed he was a girl at one point. My dreams are never right though.

Yay for baby dreams! It sounds like it was a great one.
On a side note, I can hardly believe you're at 29 weeks!! Where has the time gone? It's so strange to me how time can seem to go so slowly (as I'm sure has done for you as well) then all of a sudden you get a reminder that it's actually going by pretty quickly. It's weird, or maybe I am?
