Ok. Here's my update. I had an appt. this past week with the perinatal assessment center (these are the people who do a more in depth u/s and weigh the babies). So far everything is still looking good. Baby A is measuring 3 lbs 7 oz w/ a HR of 136 and Baby B is measuring 3 lbs 6 oz w/ a HR of 135. The fluid around both babies look really good. My cervix lengthened again to 2.4, which is obviously better than the 1.8 that it was measuring. However, I'm still on restricted activities (can only work part-time, no house or yard work (darn), no lifting, no prolonged standing, and trying to lay down when possible). I also have to go into the OB every week now. He's keeping a really close eye on the cervix so if I go into pre-term labor hopefully we can stop it. I'll be 32 weeks on Wed, which I was told means 99.9% of babies who are born after 32 weeks survive. Just trying to go week to week.

I'll let you all know if anything major changes. Otherwise my next perinatal appt is not until Dec. 4. And the delivery will be scheduled for the week of Dec. 17 (which I'll be 37 weeks). Not long now. Kind-of scary!!!! The babies are so easy to take care of right now. All I have to do is sit in bed, watch tv, eat, and sleep when I want. Not very difficult. I know it'll be much harder when they actually arrive.

Hope everyone is doing well. Even though I'm not posting much (I have bad pregnancy induced carpal tunnel), I am lurking alot.

That is great news sweetie! Sounds like you are going to be able to hold the babies a bit longer.

I can't believe how close you are to having them! Thank you for the update. I feel bad that you have had to be on partial bedrest for so long. You're doing a great job!
