So, I'm not breastfeeding. For several reasons. That's besides the point though. How do I stop my boobs from getting any bigger?! I was a 38d/dd to begin with and now I look like one of those strippers with EXTREMELY fake boobs! The only upside is they are making my flabby tummy look smaller. HELP!

If you take a decongestant it will not only dry up your sinuses, but it'll also dry up your milk ducts. So go get yourself some Sudafed!

Wrap your breast with an ace bandage or a TIGHT sports bra. This will help to dry you up. If it gets to bad take a hot shower. This will make your milk come down and give you some relief, but it won't help dry you up.

Feel better!!!

It's call engorgement and it happens soon after birth whether you breastfeed or not. It should go away by itself in a couple of days. Letting milk down will only stimulate your breasts to make more milk, thus making engorgement worse.

Thanks! I took a couple of benadryl before I went to sleep and I've got a tight bra plus a sports bra on right now. I still have stripper boobs but hopefully not for long.

Ouchie! I remember that all too well. I was quite impressed with mine when they got that way, though. I've never really had much of anything up there (store all my fat in my rear unfortunately! ) and I was like, "WOW!" I hope it gets better for you soon. I know that is so painful!
