I've een having seriously funky very hurtful right hip pain the last 2 days, its not stopping and feels like my right hip is going to pop out of place!!!! is this normal ???? and is it gonna last until little miss gets here?????
ok so now.... who has some exciting weekend plans lined up?????
tomarrow we have to go and pickup christmas Baskets with my mil at church and then we are having our Christmas dinner with Grandma Jean, and sunday my mil is taking me to a new church..... something tells me its gonna be a long tring weekend!
sorry to say, the hip pain most likely WILL last until Little Miss arrives. I had terrible hip pain & sciatica while pregnant with Gaby, particularly in the last trimester.
It is amazing how quickly you feel normal after the birth... I remember saying to Mum "omg, my back isn't sore.. my hips don't hurt... my heartburn has gone.. i can sleep.. i can move.. I feel like a human".. about 36 hours after having Gab...
try to rest as much as you can - the last few weeks of pregnancy are horrible aren't they. You hurt if you sit, stand, lie down, roll over... you can't win!!!!! Try putting heat on your hip.... or some form of cold compress... i found heat worked for me.. and if you aren't already, sleep with a pillow between your legs, jsut so there is a bit less stretching having to be done in your sleep....
this weekend? well.. nothing particularly exciting. I'm going to pick the love of my life up soon, with the other love of my life... once Gaby is in bed we're going to just lax out a bit (he is rather hungover... lovely Christmas parties!). Tomorrow Stu has Gaby for 4 hours, so I will probably just potter around home during that time.
