During winter do you still try to hang washing on the line? or do you dry it in a clothes drier or by other means?

I gave up trying to hang out winter washing ages ago - generally i'll use the clothes drier, or will dry it on clothes horses

I've never been a clothes line dryer, so I still use the dryer

Well...considering we're in the midst of the worse snow storm of the year...I use a dryer. In Canada it's too cold to hang your clothes on a line to dry since they would freeze. It's also illegal in my city to have a clothes line! Has to do with "visual noise" and considered ugly. I don't get it since they're economical and better for the environment, but that's our city for ya.

It's waaaaay too cold here too to use a clothes line. I do hang dry all of Tyrael's and the new baby's clothes, though...I just hang them up all over the place in my laundry room. I hang dry some of my dress pants too.

LOL! I read this and thought I was going crazy! The clothes would freeze here in Canada. I use it all summer long though. I prefer the line drying - it seems fresher.
