So we have lived in our new house for over a year now and our dog has never left the yard... We have an invisible fence so they do not dare to cross it... well my little dog started barking at 3:15 so we got up to see what was going on and couldn't find my dog Leroy anywhere... We have a little over an acre and we searched for hours. Then we drove the whole neighborhood... no dog. We have had Leroy for 8 years. He is the best dog! Where did he go? It is not like him to get out....He is my guard dog. I always feel safe knowing he is protecting the house. I hope he comes back. We have looked for 6 hours to no avail. DARN DOGS!

Oh my that is so sad! I hope he turns up soon. Remember to turn off your invisible fencing. Sometimes when they get out they can't get back in because it keeps the dogs out the same way it keeps them in. I hope he comes back soon.

oh no !! I hope he comes back soon !
you know if you go to Petfinder.com, you can post a free lost and found ad......we did that when our cat disappeared, and we got a lot of responses!...also call your local shelters and tell them to be on the look out for Leroy, just in case he gets picked up or gets dropped off!

Good Luck !!!

FOUND HIM.. he came home about 6 hours later. I guess we need to charge his collar so he doesn't feel invincible again. It is amazing how much pets affect your life!
