I can't find the old post but someone posted about this amazing bottle, about how it really helped it with her babies gas. Where are you? Can you remind me what bottle it was? I want to make sure I find it when I register.

I just want to make you ladies aware of an issue in bottles. I recently changed the type of bottle we were using because of this.

Apparently there's a chemical used in plastics (bpa) that disrupts the edocrine system when ingested. It's used in plastics for just about everything, but it's especially dangerous in bottles because babies use them so often and are so much smaller than adults.

I don't know the post you were talking about but I liked the good old fashion playtex bottles with the collapsible liners like our parents used on us. They work great with the bags for breast milk and as long as you squeeze the air out before you start the feeding baby will be fine.

I thought it was you Tiff!!! I will look for the Dr. Browns but I am not sure if we have them here. If not I will order some online. Gawd I remember how awful it was when my nephew was all gassy from the bottle. You just feel so bad for them. I don't want to have that happen.
