well, Mick and his brother are on their way here to bring me a treadmill.....their mom and dad had one not being used so......its coming to our house !....ok, I'll get it out of my system now.....~~~BLEH~~~~ UGH......WHINE......LOL......ok I am done ! I know it is best for me, to build up stamina for the screaming, sweating & pushing, it will help with my diabetes & NOW my blood pressure...( I did start taking my BP meds last night & so far I feel really good..and got the best nights sleep I have had in almost 5 months!)
I can understand why the thought of it is a bit BLEEEGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, I think you'll come to enjoy it set it up where you can watch a TV & you'll be fine! Just remember not to over do it... my midwife told me when i was pregnant that exercise during pregnancy is best in 10-15 minute incriments, especially in the 3rd trimester, and when you're just starting out an exercise routine
Start with about 10-15min. You'll be surprised at how that makes a difference in how you feel. Plus, the stronger you are now the quicker you get back into your old clothes once baby is here.
I don't push myself but I do try to get on the eliptical 4-5 times a week.
If I'm tired I will do a 10 or 15 mins and then get back on it later and do another 10-15 mins. I also try to schedule a specific time that way it's part of my daily routine and I'm less likely to skip a session.
Good luck sweetie!!
