Today I feel like I have the flu. I am having horrible flu like shap pains. Please tell me that is nt the sign of a miscarriage.

I have been on the toliet a bit too with a touch of diherra.

It might be a bit TMI but I always get diherra in early pregnancy. It is one of my 1st symptoms. I know it is hard not to worry about another loss but try and relax.

If you are having pains on the sides of your tummy kinda by your hips it could be round ligament pain. Those suckers hurt! If the pain is in your belly it could just be cramps from the diherra or gas pain (I get that a lot). Just watch it over the next day or two and see if it lets up. Also some women just cramp when they are pregnant...I am one of them...and everything turns out fine.

Try eating a banana or two. This will help you from going to the bathroom all day.

Feel better!
