Post your 1st Birthday ideas here!

A link to a DIY project?

A link to your decorations?

Party game ideas?

Favor ideas, treat bags for the kids, any other ideas you might have that everyone else can use too!

I was planning a huge party at a hall but since dh is a pain in the butt I decided I'll throw something at my home and hope it isn't too cold or raining. I'm super disappointed.

yet another thing ruined in my opinion

Well nothing much to say about our party, since 99.9% of the attendees will be adults the party will be more grownup with a hint of moose. I'll save the epic kiddie thrills for when Sebastian is a bit older and has friends.

Like Roxanne mine will have a lot of grownups and a handfull of kids probably. I am undecided about how I'm going to do it. I kind of want to do it old school, vinyl tablecloth, paper hats, a few balloons and a cake with lame flowers. Her in a fancy birthday dress. I've been looking at birthday party pics of different decades for inspiration. For some reason I have in mind that I should set the tone for what a "regular" birthday party is that way there is room for extra special birthday parties later.

I'm still not 100% though.... there are sooooo many cute ideas.

We're not doing anything extreme for Linnaea's b-day. We'll get the family together at my MIL's, she'll make some yummy food, and I'm going to decorate her cake. I already bought a pretty little dress for her to wear
