I have had chicken pox once, and shingles (in the family of chicken pox) twice. ..i was told once you get shingles you cannot get them again.. LIES ALL LIES!

I have a mild form of tourette's syndrome. Not the typical shouting bad words that you hear about, but muscle "spasms" or tics
