Where do you have your Thanksgiving Dinner? With my family, it's at my grandmother's house - on Thursday. With the Mr.'s family, it's at his parents' house - on Saturday.
Do you have any Thanksgiving traditions? My family has one. We all go around the table and share what we're thankful for over the past year. Hokey, but it's sort of fun, too.
What is a typical Thanksgiving meal for your family? Mine - turkey, potatoes, three or four different veg, and my grandmother's homemade cranberry sauce (it's the best stuff EVER). His - it's a little different every year, but there's usually turkey at least.
Do you shop the sales on Black Friday? I don't do crowds, so no. I do tend to take advantage of Cyber Monday, though...
Do you decorate the house for Thanksgiving? I don't decorate for anything anymore. Between the dog and the baby, I'm afraid of things like Christmas trees!

Where do you have your Thanksgiving Dinner? Usually at my house or at DHs uncles house.
Do you have any Thanksgiving traditions? Cook, early afternoon meal, talk and look at family photos, go home and take a nap =)
What is a typical Thanksgiving meal for your family? When I don't do it it can be any random thing. I am pretty picky though so I just prefer to host. I was really sad last year because I just had a baby and couldnt host. We went to someone elses and they had a turkey, lasagna, and hummus. It was fine but it just wasn't the meal I was looking forward to.
Turkey, Gravy, Southern Cornbread dressing, Cranberry sauce, brown and serve rolls, sweet potatoes, a couple of green dishes (varies), pumpkin and pecan pie.
Do you shop the sales on Black Friday? I did it a couple of times but we dont anymore. I will do the online shopping.
Do you decorate the house for Thanksgiving? We don't decorate. DHs family is huge so I'm always dragging in all available chairs =)

Where do you have your Thanksgiving Dinner? My mom and dad's house
Do you have any Thanksgiving traditions? We always have our meal at lunchtime. Then, some of us watch football while the rest of us play board games. Then, we eat dinner - leftovers. And then, we often go to a movie (as long as there is something out that most of us want to see).
What is a typical Thanksgiving meal for your family? Turkey, stuffing, rolls, green bean casserole, brocolli cheese casserole, creamed corn, and sweet potatoes.
Desserts - Pumpkin pie (although the last 2 years we have started to prefer a pumpkin roll), pecan pie, and "mud pie" (pecan crust, chocolate pudding, cream cheese & vanilla pudding, topped with whip cream). Sometimes we have a cherry cheesecake too.
Do you shop the sales on Black Friday? YES! It's the one day of the year that shopping is a SPORT!!!!! You need a strategy and some physical skill!
Do you decorate the house for Thanksgiving? No. I'm more into Halloween and Christmas decorating.

Where do you have your Thanksgiving Dinner? We usually alternate. If we stay in town, we have lunch at Jordan's grandma's and then dinner at my mom's. Every other year we travel to Oklahoma to see my dad's side of the family.
Do you have any Thanksgiving traditions? Does football and naps count?
What is a typical Thanksgiving meal for your family? Turkey, stuffing, rolls, green bean casserole
Do you shop the sales on Black Friday? Nope. The crowds make me grouchy and then "angry Ashley" comes out
Do you decorate the house for Thanksgiving? I decorate for fall in general

Where do you have your Thanksgiving Dinner? Usually at my parents house in the afternoon, and Mark's parents house in the evening. Last year was the first year we 'hosted' at our house, and it was because Jojo was just born and we weren't going to travel to St. Louis - and when I say 'hosted' I mean it was me, Mark, and my mom, lol.
Do you have any Thanksgiving traditions? Just eating a LOT of food.
What is a typical Thanksgiving meal for your family? My family: turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green beans, corn, cranberry sauce (from a can - yuck), rolls, and some other stuff, and pumpkin bars for dessert - all served buffet style for lunch in the afternoon. Mark's family: nice sit-down dinner with turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry salad, corn casserole, and either pumpkin pie or pumpkin bread pudding for dessert.
Do you shop the sales on Black Friday? I used to, until Jojo was born last year. I'd really only go for to hang out with my mom anyways, otherwise I'd like to just shop the online sales and avoid the massive amounts of people. This year I'm not going - instead that's the day when we're getting Jojo's 1-year photos taken.
Do you decorate the house for Thanksgiving? No, but our parents do.
