Anyone else have a non-napper? Johnny has fallen asleep while playing exactly ONCE since he was born, and doesn't nap much or often at all. He will fall asleep in his carseat, or in the jumperoo, but those are pretty short and not very good naps. I hoped that he would be a little more tired out when he started moving around, but not so much. We play and take walks and do all sorts of things, but I'm the only one who gets sleepy and wants to take a nap!

If this sounds like your life, come share my pain... please.

We don't have that issue here - still two naps a day. But, would he sit in a playpen while mommy takes a nap??

Yep, he'll hang out in there and play. Until I fall asleep - then the screaming starts.

Looking at The No-Cry Sleep Solution in the hopes of getting to something closely resembling good sleeping arrangements. Nights stink, naps are non-existent - maybe this will help...

Jackson won't nap, or sleep at night either.

I have to lye down with him at night or push him in the stroller around the house til he falls asleep. He'll fall asleep in the car seat too, but I can't leave him sleeping in the garage forever.

If he falls alseep while nursing I can sometimes lay him down in his crib for a short nap.

So he gets about 30 min to about 1.5 hrs a day, with the lesser being the norm lately.

all my other kids would nap 2 nice long naps at this age, this is to much awake time for an old mom like me

seriously though, he still HATES his crib. When he does wake in it he almost looks terrified :/ It's 11pm and he's sleeping in his BOB stroller in the house as I type. I have to wash the wheels if we go anywhere muddy. It's rediculous!
