Every Monday, I will post a weekly weigh in. You do not have to share your weight if you do not feel comfortable doing so! But please do share with us if you lost weight or gained and how much, and also state how far away from your short term weight goal and long term weight goal you are!
I am the same weight that I was last week. I am 10 pounds away from my short term goal and 75 pounds away from my long term goal.
OK I'm posting this cautiously...I never tell anyone my weight, but if I want accountability, I need to put it out there.
Today's weight 250..up 5 pounds from the last time I weighed, 13 days ago..UGH!!!!
Woohoo Becky! It is a lot harder to admit your weight when the first number starts with 2 But since you did it, I will too! I haven't weighed myself in a few days but at last check I was 217 There! I did it!
