Breakfast: Cup of coffee with cream and sugar and a banana
Snack: Apple
Lunch: 3 bread sticks, a cheese string and another banana (yes, I could eat a zillion bananas)
Snack: 8 triscuits with melted cheese and a yogurt
Dinner: Pork tenderloin, baby carrots, corn and a little mashed potato
Snack: probably not
Water Intake: 4 bottles... ugh must force down 2 more
Exercise: um, no.
Thoughts: Awful, awful morning... but it got better. I did buy a little stair stepper that won't take up too much room in my apartment so at least I can get a little workout here and there - even 10 minutes at a time would be helpful. I really think tomorrow I may feel well enough to get out for a run... today Dave is still feeling rough and Kodi seems to need extra attention so he may still be feeling under the weather. Kai, on the other hand, is a normal ~4 year old who needs lots of stimulation. Hard to find any time to myself. I just want Kodi to nap alone so I can clean my bathroom and fold my laundry *sigh*
