I don't know if anyone comes to this board anymore but I just wanted to say that I'm jumping on the weight loss bandwagon! I stepped on the scale the last week and holy crap!!! I need to lose weight - so I'm eating better and working out! I do spark people too. My workout consists of dancing around the dining room for 30 minutes with Evan while Abigail sits in the high chair and watches us (she eventually drifts off to sleep!) I also bought a resistance band to do strength training. I'm super excited to lose this baby weight!
I still look in here, just don't post much.
I'm still trying to lose, still doing WW, but can't exercise worth a crap cause my hips/groin area still hurt like hell! think I may need to get it checked......
