OK, I need to get back at this.
My goals for the week are to drink my water, and increase my fresh fruit and vegetable intake. I am going to try to start getting rid of refined sugars. I have a serious sweet tooth so I'm not sure how that will work, but I gave up soda, I can give up sweets. I think I'll start by eating less of them. Like one cookie instead of a dozen...hehe. I've also gotten rid of dairy to see if Nannie is less congested, she seems to be so far.
But for sure this week...water and fruits and vegetables.
