Alright... I have scrambled together the motivation and I'm turning over a new leaf tomorrow!
My goals for right now:
drink at least 60 ounces of water a day
go to the gym 3x/week
no fast food
----
These are my starting goals. I should get back to drinking WAY more water than that, but I'm trying to ease myself in so I don't burn out. 60 oz is just refilling my water bottle five times, so that should be a breeze.
both DH and my mom have agreed to keep Lily so I can get to the gym, so I really have no excuse. later on I will set more specific goals about the gym, but right no I just need to BE THERE a minimum of 3x/week.
dinner won't be a problem as far as fast food goes, but lunch ill be trickier. since granny moved in and my mil is here working and I've been staying out of the house i've literally been eating fast food for lunch EVERY SINGLE DAY while lilybug naps

SO, I honestly think just eliminating that and packing a lunch ill help.
I went grocery shopping and bought stuff for all of our dinners, which i've planned using our weight watchers recipes. i'm not officially back on WW right now... just easing my way in, I suppose.
