I exercised today. I don't even know if I can call it that. I only managed 15 minutes. I figured though, I had to do something, or I was just going to keep gaining, and no one can make me do it except myself. So, while the kids were having lunch, I booted up the xbox and kinect and popped in the Your Shape game. I chose the one on one training. Even the piddly 15 minutes I did kicked my tail! I was thinking of doing 20-30 minutes 3 times a week, but should I do more until I can build up to 30 minutes? I feel like it wasn't even enough.
I'd say that's a good start!! You have to start small and build up. I'm doing the C25K and right now I can't even imagine running more than a minute straight.. ugh!
I'm so sore this morning! My thighs and butt are killing me. I want to wuss out and stick to my plan of 3 days a week, but I'm afraid if I do, I won't continue to exercise. I'm debating some light yoga type stretches instead of the personal trainer on the Kinect this afternoon.
