I can think of one off the top of my head.. not having a sibling to play with, so she needs more of my attention, and sometimes I'm like "UGH! You need someone to PLAY with, girl!"

Usually at inconvenient times she wants me to play.. like when I'm preparing dinner, or on the phone, or... whatever.. and she'll whine because I can't drop what I'm doing, and that's when I wish she had a sibling to play with!

the only downside i can see with it only being monkey is that he does need a sibling as i cant give him my attention 24/7 which he needs. he does get lonely and i see that and it makes me upset but i couldnt go through the baby stage again let alone being pregnant again.

My son is always looking for me or another family member. The fact that he has no one his age makes it a lil harder for him to get along with other children. But I couldnt imagine having another child and have all that stress.

Ditto this!!! I'm SO glad he's old enough to have friends over, and go down the street to his friends house, etc. So, he's out of my hair more. LOL

I DO feel guilty though, saying no to him so much. I DO try to stop what I'm doing and sit and play a game or something with him. I feel he's growing up SO fast, and one day he won't want to play with me anymore, and I'll regret saying no so much. But, WHY do they only ask when you're BUSY?? LOL
