Brendan now hates laying on his back to get his diaper changed and I try to distract him but it isnt working too well. He straightens his legs out super stiff which makes it so hard to get them on well, they either are crooked or too loose because of it which makes it even longer because I have to fix it 3x lol. Anyways he also has thicker thighs and I notice marks on them lately from the diaper...then around the waist is becoming a low rider because he is tall. We use Pampers Cruisers Size 3. I tried Huggies a few months back and I swear they always smelled so gross after he wore it for a little while. Any ideas for a diaper that is good for a taller baby with a skinny waist but thick thighs?

Oh yikes. I've only been using pampers baby dry size 3 and even though they're kinda tight around her thunder thighs lol she is 26.5 inches so maybe not as tall as Brendan. Maybe in terms of weight he's a size 3 but what if you try a size 4? Maybe they would fit him a little longer? I'm sorry its the only thing I can think of suggesting so its probaby not much help. I don't use any other brands so I don't know if they would fit him better.

We use cloth but I have noticed the Kid becomes and angry, rigid octopus when I put her on her back for changes recently. I think it's a stage or something. If I leave her naked to air out a bit she is happy as a clam in hide tide. But the moment I start to put on a diaper it's like dressing a wolverine.

Lol!!! It only gets better (or should I say worse?) and man those suckers are strong too! I was a super fast diaper changer, but i ditched the changing table around 9 months w the twins so I could change them on the floor with one of my legs over their chest. Not even really touching them, hip on one side, foot on the other and knee bent in the air. And then when they started walking I got really proficient AR changing them while they were standing!
